Rejouis (hereinafter "we") is committed to protecting your personal data. We are dedicated to ensuring the highest level of protection for your data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By browsing our site, you declare that you accept our Personal Data Protection Policy. This Policy, coupled with our Terms of Use, formalizes the contractual relationship between the "Rejouis" platform and its users.

The term "Personal Data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, or an online identifier.

Conversely, some data does not allow us to identify you directly, such as your browsing data (type of browser, device, and operating system, the path followed on the Site, etc.), but are still considered Personal Data as they are linked and/or linkable to the former.

This Personal Data Protection Policy aims to present the following terms to you:

We invite users of the "Rejouis" platform to regularly refer to our Policy, which will evolve to adapt to legislative and regulatory changes in the GDPR as well as the Personal Data Act. You can also consult the website of the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) at www.cnil.fr.

1.2 Data Collected Through the Use of Our Services We record usage data via cookies and other trackers when you access our services (or use them in any way), which includes our Site and Applications, especially when you perform a search, buy products, or use our Messaging or Secure Payment Service. We also collect technical data about your internet connection, browser, and devices.

We conduct audience measurements, for example, measuring the number of page views, site visits, visitor activity, and return frequency. For this, we use the audience measurement tool from our provider Plausible, an open-source solution meeting the CNIL exemption conditions (learn more here).

By accepting audience measurement cookies, you allow us, from indirectly identifiable personal data, to obtain more complete statistical results to improve our service. If you refuse audience measurement cookies, you will be in a "consent exemption" status, implying partial audience measurement. In this case, the collected data will only be linked to a specific identifier for our site used solely to recognize your device.
